Osteopaths are licensed healthcare providers who target the musculoskeletal system in order to enhance tissue and bodily functions
They aim to promote self body regulation and healing through increasing joint range of motion having a hands on approach, incorporating soft tissue therapy and manual mobilisations, as well as providing exercises to assist in overall wellbeing
